Our Mission
La Unión Internacional de Oficiales y Civiles is dedicated to supporting communities in the Dominican Republic affected by tragedies through monetary donations, medical supplies, and food provisions.
Founded by Frederick Reyes, a retired NYPD Lieutenant, we have a long history of aiding impoverished areas and training Dominican police forces.
As a 501(c)(3), we continue providing medical and educational supplies, foster professional connections with Dominican authorities, and offer members access to vetted legal and healthcare services in the Dominican Republic.

Empire International Consulting



Empire International Consulting Empire International Consulting is a specialized division of La Unión USA whose members have provided professional training and seminars to officers of the Dominican National Police. Through hands-on workshops and educational programs, Empire instructors have delivered specialized training on critical law enforcement topics including domestic violence, gang intervention, auto crime, and community policing strategies. This initiative reflects La Unión’s ongoing commitment to strengthening public safety and supporting Dominican law enforcement through knowledge sharing and practical expertise.
